Is this a subscription?
Only the Single Origin Club renews monthly, and you can skip or cancel any month. The bag and the kit are one-time purchases.
When will my order ship?
Reserving puts you on the list. Nobody is charged until the order is roasted and ready to ship.
Is the coffee kosher?
Each product lists its kosher supervision before you pay. Ask us about any item and we will send the details.
Whole bean or ground?
Either. Tell us your brewer when you reserve and we grind for it, or send whole beans.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write to us within 30 days of any purchase and we refund it in full.
